Our in-house bistro offers delicious breakfasts and lunches at affordable prices. We are open at night from Wednesday to Saturday where you can dine under the stars in our beautiful Italian courtyard and service is always on hand with a smile! Al Fresco dining surrounded by nature is the finest way to dine.
We are fully licensed and available for special events such as baby showers, birthday parties, etc. Robin, the owner of the bistro, is always on hand and offers the best service in a quirky environment.
He is also happy to experiment, should there be any special requests, depending on availability of stock.
The Little Theatre
Once a month the Wharf Street Trading Post is transformed into The Little Theatre On The Wharf. Superb live entertainment is offered while people are wined and dined.
Bringing back the good old times to the original good time street of Port Alfred, The Little Theatre on the Wharf harkens back to a time when the Port Alfred Theatre was housed in the building that now houses the Brewery.
The productions include our famous Lionel Hunt – South Africa’s premier Elvis Presley impersonator, Centre Stage Productions, Sam Hartman, Silver Creek Mountain Band etc.
